Learning Lounge

Here’s where the action is! When you’re not in a session, drop by to see what’s happening in the Learning Lounge, in Hall “F,” on Ground Level. You’ll find an exhibit hall filled with dozens of unique learning opportunities – idea exchanges, chats, roundtables, presentations, broadcasts and more!

The VES section of the Learning Lounge is “Digital U,” and features three distinct areas:

  • Discovery Theater: Choose from a variety of 15- and 30 minute presentations about what works in virtual and hybrid events. Don’t miss the virtual event “deconstructions” where we take apart virtual and hybrid events to see how they worked.
  • Streaming Studio: Be a part of the audience and ask your own questions as our virtual host interviews industry experts about the state and future of digital events.
  • DEMOS: Roll up your sleeves and play with our Digital Demos. See the newest technologies, and learn to work them yourself.
