   I’d like to suggest a panel or a series of presentations on enabling self-service for the enterprise or tech-savvy org. Topics of interest:
   - How we? (vendors?) enable self-service virtual shows and webcasting
   - What self-service shops (enterprises?) find attractive, appealing and lacking in today’s offerings.
   - What are cost and production drivers that make self-service attractive or imperative?
