Roz Greenfield, Co-Founder and Director, Training in the 21st Century
Roz Greenfield is a founding partner of Training in the 21st Century™, and has worked in Sales Management, Marketing and Sales Training in the Retail and Service Industries for both single- and multiple-facility operations for over 10 years. She has experience designing and facilitating face-to-face training, webinars, self-paced e-learning workshops and 3D virtual training. These programs have been used to develop and train superior sales teams, field management and executive leadership. Roz has authored comprehensive sales training and standard operating procedures manuals, designed signature learning games for soft skills training in 3D environments and converted face-to-face training programs to e-learning formats, using Adobe Captivate and Articulate software.
