Jon Jenkins, Director, Product Team, Coe-Truman Technologies, Inc.
Jon has been an integral part of software development teams on all levels since 1997. Originally a Biology major and Computer Science minor, Jon’s hobby in technology ultimately won out and his undergraduate pedigree is now best used translating the abstracts that OASIS processes. At Coe-Truman Technologies, Jon has helped continue to push the OASIS abstract management product development team to a more market-driven product roadmap and the team has delivered significant product output under his leadership including OASIS Report, Mobile, LiveData, countless data integration projects, and many critical product features. Prior to CTT, Jon worked as a senior eCommerce consultant at Acquity Group working on eCommerce implementations for brands like Kohl’s, 3M and Saks Fifth Avenue. Jon has worked at SmithBucklin, the world’s largest association management organization, as a manager and technology leader. Jon was also a co-founder of a start-up that helped to pioneer the email marketing industry, www.reachmail.com, a successful web-based email marketing software platform that was later sold to investors, and thrives in Chicago to this day. Jon is passionate about creating great software that helps create efficiencies and less daily pain for associations and their members & attendees.
