Carla Kincaid-Yoshikawa, Co-Founder and Director, Training in the 21st Century
Carla Kincaid-Yoshikawa is a founding partner of Training in the 21st Century™ and has worked as an Organization Development and Training Consultant for over 15 years. She has conducted team building, leadership development, strategic planning, change management and train-the-trainer processes with Fortune 500 companies and with organizations in the public and non-profit sectors —including Sun Microsystems, WebEx, Kaiser Permanente and the General Services Administration. Carla’s career includes design and development of both face-to-face and e-learning presentations. She has designed signature learning games for soft skills training in 3D environments, works with Articulate and Adobe Captivate e-learning software and is the founder of the ASTD Golden Gate Chapter 3D Learning and Training Special Interest Group.
